OK, so should you worry about your joints being stiff?
Try these basic tests to assess if your joints are really a problem.
Firstly are any of your joints painful as well as stiff? Pain is your body warning you that something is not right, so its best not to ignore this. If you have hurt you joint, this should heal quickly, but if there is pain and you have not injured yourself, this should be investigated.
Are any of your joints swollen? This can happen if you have hurt the joint, but should not happen normally.
Are you getting these symptoms regularly. If they just happen occasionally, this is unlikely to be a cause for concern, if you get it all the time, then again this may be a cause for concern.
Stiff joints are normally caused by damage to your joints, excess acidity, inflammation and your diet.
Appropriate exercises and supplements can make a great difference in removing these causes.
Unfortunately left alone, your joints tend to get stiffer, so you really do need to take action to improve and fix these.
